The bakery went above and beyond to make my sons birthday cake look wonderful. I originally picked the design from the book but they suggested because of the size of the cake to go with something a little different. I left the design up to them, and when I saw the finish product, I loved it. Not only was it a delicious cake but it looked so cute. Thank you

I ordered a grocery pickup from Stater Brothers for the time between 6 pm to 7 pm, but I was late getting off work, so I didn't get there until 8:40 pm and for some reason the app was not working. I went inside the store and spoke to one of the cashiers and she sent Adrian M. out right away with the groceries and was very cordial and helpful with the heavy bags.im very thankful for all his help as well as all the other Stater Bro's employees who are always attentive, friendly and helpful to me. Stater Bros on Hook blvd has been my favorite stater Bros store since I have been living in the High Desert. There are 3 local store, 2 I frequent, depending on my task/location but by far, my favorite store is Hook Blvd. The employees are amazing. Everyone helps out, from stocking to produce, to checking, if there is something that I need, I have their full attention. Especially the Produce Manager, Bobby/Robert. I order drinks by the case on a monthly basis and that order is ready for me by the first of the month, EVERY month, without me making a phone call. He marks the boxes for me, and if someone puts them on the floor (thinking they wont sell in the back but Robert has explained to them that I am a guaranteed sale as I have been purchasing these drinks for several year, between 2 and 4 cases per month) so he INSURES that my order is ready for my to pick up within the first week of the month, EVERY month. Recently, he had to take some personal time off, and he was missed. The staff is great there, don't get me wrong but seeing the over and above that Robert does, not only for his shoppers but his staff. Since he is single, he works weekends and give his employees the weekend for time off with their families! That is a considerate Manager. Now let's talk Produce. I wont go to any other store up here in the High Desert for produce, as dates are expired, veggie and fruits are on their way out but not Bobby's Produce department! I love Red Bell Peppers and eat them daily! I make a lot of salads for my family, and my kids LOVE fruit, especially during the summer. Prices are great,especially with sales!! But when I go to Walmart, ANY Walmart, everything is past exp. date for any salad mix or lettuce pack I have purchased, well wanted to until I saw the terrible condition of their produce... even the pre-mades are days from expiring. I have never had an issue to return Produce in the ten years I have been shopping He is kind, detailed, and thorough and with him being gone those few months, I saw the difference from great customer service to Over the Top, We are Here for You Customer Service. So if you want that kind of service, THIS IS YOUR STORE!

I came here last week and I'm and expected the normal routine of getting my groceries being ignored at check out and going home. But as I was walking in I was greeted by a worker and not the one at the podium that make you feel like you're torturing them by spending your money. A random employee so when it came to check out time I saw his line and went to it. He was wonderful, AMAZING, he actually talked to me and acknowledged my presence beyond the hello, I get from the other cashiers before they continue their conversation with their coworker. He talked to me the whole time it made my visit spectacular. I made sure to tell him that he was the best cashier the store has and I appreciated him talking to me. His name was Daniel A.

@Marcus B As a Instacart employee I have been going here for a while and can't imagine any courtesy clerk be disrespectful. They are all very helpful and I have gotten to known Ivan and he tends to keep to himself. He is a very quiet individual.

So I've been shopping here for years now. I like this store. I've also been drinking Coors Light forever. Several times ever since Bud Light went woke. I've seen that someone is turning off the lights in the Coors display at this store. Sometimes it's on, so I know it works. The lights are always on for the Budweiser display. I don't know what kind of game is going on, but I'm not interested in playing. I'm about to start shopping somewhere else. I will definitely be sending my pictures to Coors...
